Our CEO Roberto Vargas

Roberto Vargas grew up in Maracaibo, Venezuela. He earned his law degree in 2005 from Urbe Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin and worked as a business attorney for two years before coming to the United States with his family.

Having been in the financial industry since 2008, he has worked with many prominent life insurance companies and awarded for his work in recruiting and new business production. Additionally, he has served on many executive boards and in many leadership positions. Roberto continues to train and coach new producers while managing a successful partnership at Cornerstone Capital Group.

Roberto lives in Lehi with his sweetheart, Mariana, and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and watching all different sports (particularly his soccer team Real Madrid.)

Jesse Sitterud

Jesse is a seasoned professional in the financial services space with nearly 20 years of experience. Together, he and his team help individuals and families with their wealth management, investment, insurance, tax and legacy planning. He graduated with his B.A. from Brigham Young University in 2006. Jesse excels at working with individuals and families in helping them simplify the complexities of wealth accumulation, income streams, risk control, retirement and finances. Much of Jesse’s practice focuses on passive income planning and wealth management.

Jesse previously sat on the board for NAIFA Central (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) where he has held the role of vice president and president. Jesse has also been sought after as a speaker at industry and keynote events as well as a mentor to new and veteran financial professionals. In his second year in the business, Jesse was asked to be one of only a few select speakers to speak to and train financial professionals from all over the intermountain west at the largest financial services symposium in the Western United States.

Jesse and his beautiful wife Jennifer are the parents of 5 beautiful and bright children. Jesse has a passion for all things sports. Jesse loves to golf and loves to spend time on the course with clients and friends. Ask him to chat about BYU sports or Dodger baseball and you’d better plan on pulling up a chair and being there for a while!

Martín Meléndez

Martin has been in the sales industry for over 25 years, having done D2D, direct selling and running different sales organizations in four different countries. His focus and expertise has been in the strategic world, both in the private and the public sector. This strategic edge allows Martin to bring more than one option to his clients when creating plans for their future. Has a Bachelor Degree in Business strategy, and Masters in international Affairs.

Martin Joined the Financial Services career in 2008, he and his team specializes in creating strategies to secure streams of income to his clients, growing assets, protecting their income and creating a path to a comfortable retirement.

Martin and his wife Angelica have 3 boys together who love soccer, having welcomed the third baby last September 2024. Martin's passion is discussing public affairs, attending his kids soccer games, trying new foods and creating long lasting memories with his family.

Kenny Reay

For more than 20 years, Kenny has gained proficiency in asset protection consulting, estate planning, and business strategy. He has loved working with individuals, teams, and organizations to improve their impact as they travel through their day to day lives. The roots of his experience have always been in working one on one with people, which dovetails perfectly into his passion within the behavioral sciences where he enjoys uncovering the why behind the doing. His clients complement his pragmatic, yet creative approach to addressing their needs. They also praise how he marries both tactical day to day actions with overall strategy to target and achieve desired financial outcomes.

Kenny is in his element when at speed. From financial planning to engaging in adrenaline sports, his drive is to set all things moving forward. His level of engagement with clients and his pursuit to assist them in achieving their aspirations feeds his passions. When you discover what makes people tick you can trace the influences that drive their behavior, and with this, assist in improving their overall results.

Jordan Robison

Jordan has been in the financial sector for over a decade and in sales for over 20 years. His extensive experience in working with clients has earned him the right to work with individuals just getting started and experienced business owners and families that have been on a financial journey for many years. Jordan‘s attitude of “we are all on the same team” is exactly how he approaches each opportunity to help his clients. This approach has created many positive experiences for his clients. He has his bachelors degree from Northwestern State University.

Jordan played college and professional baseball. He enjoys playing golf, driving fun cars, and collecting fine timepieces. He also loves to hunt, ride dirt bikes, and chase his kids from field to field watches their sports.

Jordan and his wife Natalie have four children and they love being parents to Jace, Sean, Kenzie, and Hailey. They are what makes life great.
